Logan Fahey
Logan serves as Managing Partner of L2 Equity Partners, which he founded in 2017 under it's original name, Fahey Group. He launched the firm with the acquisition of Landmark Lawn & Garden, a multi-location wholesale distributor and retailer. Since then, Logan has led numerous acquisitions across the green industry, robotics, alternative energy, and software sectors. He currently serves as Board Chair of Robin Autopilot and MowBot, leaders in green technology and autonomous lawn care, and as Treasurer of the National Social Enterprise Alliance, where he previously served as Governance Chair.

Luke Franz
Luke serves as Director and General Counsel on the Board of L2 Equity Partners. A graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Notre Dame Law School, Luke began his career as an educator in Houston before pursuing law. He later joined Jackson Walker LLP, Texas’s largest law firm, where he specialized in land use and real estate. Today, Luke also serves as an executive in the alternative energy sector, focusing on solar and wind development initiatives.
Randy Samsel
Randy has served as a Director with L2 Equity Partners since its inception and has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and strategic development. A graduate of The Wharton School of Business, Randy is a seasoned entrepreneur with over three decades of leadership experience. He is the founder of eSearch, a nationally recognized executive recruiting firm based in Cleveland, Ohio and frequently serves on boards and as an investor in L2 portfolio companies.
Mark Whitham
Mark serves as Director and Treasurer on the Board of L2 Equity Partners, bringing over three decades of financial leadership experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President of Financial Operations, CFO of KeyBank N.A., and Treasurer of the KeyBank Foundation. A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Mark provides strategic oversight for L2’s financial governance and capital management initiatives.
Chip Moll
Chip serves as a Director of L2 Equity Partners and has been an active board member and investor for more than five years. He previously held multiple executive roles at MTD Products, including Head of Corporate Development, where he oversaw mergers and acquisitions strategy. Chip is an experienced angel investor and Trustee of the Moll Family Trust. He earned his degree from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.
Sarah Gasch
Sarah serves as Consulting CFO for L2 Equity Partners and also consults for L2's portfolio companies.
